Event Sponsorship Opportunities

FAA Networking Breakfast

Each November during the IAAPA Attractions Expo in Orlando, the Florida Attractions Association Board of Directors host a Networking Breakfast for Florida-based attractions and tourism industry suppliers.

Networking Breakfast Sponsorship - $500

Sponsorship Benefits:

  • Company logo on all event collateral materials including event banners, table tent cards, pre-event printed invitations, and event page on FAA website.
  • Company logo rotation on video screen during Networking Breakfast.
  • Table top space for collateral materials to be displayed on-site during the event.
  • On-site receipt of ten (10) printed invitations to the Networking Breakfast to be given to your clients and prospective customers from the IAAPA Expo floor to the Networking Breakfast.

Networking Nights

Networking Nights is a series of evening social networking events taking place in seven different Florida cities, each one hosted by a local attraction. Networking Nights bring together local attraction representative with their industry suppliers, DMO representatives, and tourism leaders in a casual, fun setting.

Networking Nights Sponsorship - $250 per company, per location.

Sponsorship Benefits:

Each sponsor will receive the following deliverables from the FAA:

  • Logo placement on Networking Nights E-blasts.
  • Logo placement on the event and registration pages.
  • Logo placement on "Save the Date" cards handed out at the event.

Each sponsor will have the option to participate in the following at the event:

  • 1-minute to than attendees and ask for their consideration to use your services.
  • Table top display for your business.

Attraction Regional Forums

A long-time favorite of FAA attraction members, the Attraction Regional Forums are a series of meetings held in four locations throughout the state of Florida. Each forum is attended by representatives from local attractions who engage in an open dialogue concerning the business climate in their region affecting attractions and tourism.

ARF Sponsorship - $2,500

Sponsorship Benefits:

  • Company logo showcased on event banners displayed at each location, table tent signage, and daily agenda.
  • Link to company website featured on event registration pages.
  • Company name and logo featured in all email blasts promoting the ARFs, as well as post-event and wrap-up pages.
  • Company representative allotted 5-minute presentation at each location of the ARFs.
  • Company may provide collateral/promotional materials to be displayed on sponsor table furnished at each location
  • Sponsorship of the ARFs credited toward a cumulative total as an opportunity to become a Strategic Partner for calendar year 2019.
  • Three complimentary registrations (per location) for company representatives to attend the ARFs.

Annual Conference

The Annual Conference is the most anticipated FAA event of the year and brings together representatives from Florida’s finest attractions with their industry suppliers. The three-day conference features top-of-the-line speakers, participatory breakout and roundtable sessions, and a Networking Center. Conference sponsorships will elevate your company's brand before a targeted audience of attraction industry leaders in the #1 Tourist Destination in the world. 

Choose from three different levels:

Diamond Sponsorship - $4,000

50% off all full Conference registrations and complimentary exhibit space in the Networking Center, a $300 value. Receive all Gold and Silver-level sponsorship benefits plus:

  • Opportunity for 3-minute sponsor remarks at event.
  • Invitations to the Statesmen Luncheon and the Chairman’s Reception.
  • Company logo included on Diamond Sponsor Banner.
  • Company logo on "Program of Events" signage.
  • Company logo included on Conference Pocket Agenda.
  • 2 emails to FAA membership with a custom marketing message sent within 60 days preceding or following the Conference.
  • Exposure in all pre-Conference communications from the FAA.

Gold Sponsorship - $2,500

25% off all full Conference registrations and complimentary exhibit space in the Networking Center, a $300 value. Receive all Silver-level sponsorship benefits plus:

  • Linked company logo on main Conference web page and registration website.
  • Company logo featured on signage at sponsored event.
  • Company logo included on Sponsor banner during Conference.

Silver Sponsorship - $1,000

15% off all full Conference registrations and complimentary exhibit space in the Networking Center, a $300 value. Silver level sponsorship benefits:

  • Company logo included on Sponsor banner during Conference.
  • “Sponsor” name badge ribbon.
  • Right of first refusal for 2019 Conference sponsorship.

Strategic Partnerships

The Strategic Partner status is a unique way that the Florida Attractions Association recognizes and acknowledges the support of those Associate members who have demonstrated extraordinary dedication to the FAA and its membership. All Associate members are eligible for Strategic Partner status.

 

FAA Strategic Partners are those Associate members who are major sponsors of our annual events.

FAA Strategic Partner status is reevaluated each calendar year, and sponsorship values for the prior calendar year are considered when determining Strategic Partner status.

Strategic Partnership can be achieved by contributing a minimum of $4,500 in sponsorships of FAA events in a calendar year.

Benefits of Strategic Partner status:

  • One representative from your company receives the VIP Benefit for the year in which your company achieves Strategic Partner status
  • Company logo placement w/ link on member website (FloridaAttractions.org – home page feature and dedicated page)
  • Up to four eBlasts (one quarterly) each year to FAA membership from your company during the year in which your company attained Strategic Partner status
  • Dedicated sponsorship of at least one webinar during each annual webinar series
  • Right of first refusal on sponsorship of all annual events during the year in which your company attained Strategic Partner status
  • Recognition by FAA leadership at Celebration Breakfast at Annual Conference
