Attraction Trends Report Complimentary Subscription for 2010 

Association offers complimentary benefit for participating Primary Attractions 

The Florida Attractions Association is pleased to offer you the opportunity to participate in the Attraction Trends Report program for the full year 2010. The enhanced, monthly Attraction Trends Reports include not only a monthly percentage change for the state and its six regions, but also a year-to-date percentage change for the state and the six regions. Participating Attractions that report their attendance data to the Association office on a timely basis, receive complimentary monthly Attraction Trends Reports sent to you via e-mail.  

The Attraction Trends Report program is voluntary and is an exclusive benefit offered to our Primary Attraction members.  It provides attraction industry leaders valuable information on attraction business trends in your region and across the state.   It is a helpful tool to use in making important business decisions.

The success of the Attractions Trends Report depends on our members providing prompt information on attendance for their attraction.  This confidential data is combined with information received from other member attractions in your region.  

This report is provided on a complimentary basis to participating Attractions, Strategic Partners, and 2010 Annual Conference Diamond Sponsors.  Non-participating Attraction members and Associate Members may subscribe to the Attractions Trends Report for $250/year.  Non-members may subscribe for $500/year. 

In 2009, 54 attraction members took part in the program. 

To participate in this program in 2010, you must commit to provide two attendance numbers each month:

• your attraction’s paid attendance for the prior month
• your attraction’s paid attendance for that same month prior year

This information must be reported to our office by email no later than the close of business on the 10^th of the month.  For example, by February 10^th, 2010, you will report your total paid attendance in January 2010 and January 2009.   

There is no grace period.  Attractions failing to meet the deadline will be dropped from the program for the remainder of the year. 

Trends Reports will be distributed by the 20^th of each month.
