Attraction members of the Florida Attractions Association operate by a
Code of Practices to ensure a consistent, quality guest experience for visitors to
Florida’s Finest Family Attractions. Your FAA attraction membership investment includes an annual secret shop by Shopper’s Critique International, a preeminent secret shop and marketing intelligence company dedicated to serving our industry.
Join Rich Bradley, Chief Operating Officer of Shopper’s Critique International, and a panel of guest service practitioners to learn more about the art and science of collecting consumer intelligence and how you can use the information to fine-tune your operation giving your business the edge with relevant consumer data. Rich Bradley will also share some preliminary findings from his company’s recent study of 64 North American attractions.

How do I join the webinar?
First, register online. Then, on Thursday, all participants will need to log in to the webinar and/or call in using the toll free number provided in your confirmation e-mail. If you choose to just call in, this meeting will function like past teleconferences.
To use the full webinar features, you follow the link in your confirmation e-mail which takes you to the gotomywebinar meeting hosted by the Florida Attractions Association. After you join the meeting, all attendees will be able see a shared power point presentation, a virtual “chalkboard” and share in other visual tools.
Is a download required?
You do not have to download anything to call in.
To use the webinar software, however, there is a quick download.
Where do I find this download?
When you click on the join webinar link, you will be asked whether it is ok to start a download. If you would like to use webinar features, please click yes. The download is free, and you will not need to download anything else for future Third Thursdays after installing this on your computer. it should only take a minute to fully download.
What if I am not at my computer or don’t want to download anything?
You can still participate by using the toll-free number. You will be able to hear all the panelists and questions, but won’t be able to see the information shared on the computer.
