Consumer Products, Miami Children&#8217;s Museum will host The Inspirations of Oz Fine Art and The Ruby Slipper Collections from December 9 &#8211; 22, 2008. 			<description>   Marineland is pleased to announce the names given to the three dolphin calves born at the Dolphin Conservation Center during the summer. The young dolphins made their debut to the public during the months of June and July. After much consideration, the following Timucuan names were selected in honor of the native population that resided in this area prior to colonization.  Roxy&#8217;s female calf has been named Tocoi (pronounced TOE-KOY), which means water lily. Betty&#8217;s male calf born just prior to one of the more violent storms seen in the area has been given the name Aqe (pronounced AH-KAY), meaning storm. Dazzle&#8217;s male calf, now called Tomo (pronounced TOE-MOE), translates as guide.   The calves exhibit distinct personalities and are a delight to observe. 			<description> (November 6, 2008 - Sarasota, FL): Gulf Coast Community Foundation of Venice has awarded a $250,000 grant to the Children&#8217;s Rainforest at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. The grant will support the building of a new treetop garden&#8212;the first canopy garden in the United States&#8212;designed to provide a safe, natural place for young children and their families to develop a life-long appreciation for the living world through outdoor play, discovery and learning.  The idea of a children&#8217;s garden at Selby has been under consideration for nearly a decade but gained impetus when Sarasota realtor Susan McLeod joined the Selby Gardens Board of Trustees.
