Please join us for 2010 Florida Tourism Day!

Each year during legislative session we encourage Florida Attractions Association members to travel to Tallahassee from throughought the state to spend a day at the Capitol to discuss important issues with legislators. This is your opportunity to meet and interact with our state legislators, be a part of the political process and let your voice be heard.

We’ll provide you with up to the minute talking points and sessions to address any questions you may have before you meet with the legislators. Here is our agenda for the day:

8 - 9 a.m. Open time for appointments with Legislators (Capitol offices)

9 - 10 a.m. FAA and VISIT FLORIDA Legislative Briefing (location to be determined)

10 - 11 a.m. Group Legislative Briefing (location to be determined)

11:30 a.m. - 1p.m. Lunch (location to be determined)

1 - 5 p.m. Appointments with Legislators (Capitol offices)

5 - 7 p.m. Evening Legislative Reception (FRLA office, Adams St)

A block of rooms has been reserved for members of the Florida Attractions Association at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Tallahassee for the nights of Sunday, March 7, Monday, March 8 and Tuesday, March 9.
