I’m delighted to announce the appointment of Colleen Beck-Kaplan, our new Manager of Communications.  Colleen will be responsible for the creation and presentation of a comprehensive communications program for the Florida Attractions Association, including all strategic communications and web and print production.

Colleen holds social science degrees from New College of Florida and Florida State University.  She has previously worked for the American Cancer Society as a community representative overseeing multiple Relays For Life in Manatee County and has a background as an educator. While completing graduate work at Florida State, she was an active participant in the Congress of Graduate Students and History Graduate Student Association. In her free time, Colleen enjoys hiking, swimming, playing guitar, and visiting parks and gardens.
