 Deepwater Horizon Accident

Florida's Tourism Industry Responds

The Florida Attractions Association joins with our friends in the tourism industry throughout Florida in supporting the state’s request for emergency funding from BP.

While no oil has appeared on our beaches, the economic impact of the spill is monumental, and those responsible for the spill must be held accountable for the economic loss to the tourism industry in the Sunshine State.

Florida’s attractions are grateful to VISIT FLORIDA for the proactive approach to mitigate further economic loss to Florida’s #1 industry.
