Exhibitor Information
The 2009 Trade Show is a table-top exhibit show offering complimentary exhibit space to Supplier Associate members (formerly known as Allied members) on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a benefit of your membership. In order to receive complimentary exhibit space in the Trade Show, companies should:
• Be an Associate Member of the Florida Attractions Association; with annual dues current.
• Have at least one company representative paying the full conference registration fee.
• Complete the Exhibitor Registration form listing your information and Fax it to the Florida Attractions Association office.

As an exhibitor in the 2009 Trade Show, you will receive: (1) 6-foot x 30-inch draped table & (2) chairs. You may request to have the table removed from your assigned area if you have your own display that is used for Trade Shows; however you are only entitled to a six-foot space. Electrical outlets are available. Please indicate on your Trade Show registration form if your exhibit requires electricity, internet connection, special audio-visual needs or other special exhibit requirements. Additional fees will apply if your exhibit requires internet connectivity in the Trade Show.
To Make Your Exhibit Reservation
1) Please select three (3) exhibit locations see Trade Show floor plan (from exhibit locations numbered 1 - 25) and list them in order of preference.
2) Complete and fax your Exhibitor Registration Form to the Association office by May 5. (FAX: 850-222-3970)
• Exhibit tables are numbered (1 through 25)
• Silent Auction tables are the tables labeled (A-N).
Do not select Silent Auction tables as an option.
Exhibit Assignments
Every attempt will be made to assign exhibit locations as requested, but your selections are not guaranteed. Early bird registration prior to May 5 will enhance assignment preferences. Exhibit locations will be confirmed by e-mail beginning on May 18.
Non-Member Exhibition
Companies which are not members of the Florida Attractions Association may exhibit in the Trade Show during the conference for an exhibition fee of $450 along with at least one full, non-member conference registration. Please complete the Trade Show Exhibitor Registration and return it to the Florida Attractions Association. Apply for membership now.
Successful Exhibiting - "Best of Show" Award
Each year, in preparation for the Opening Night Welcome Reception in the Trade Show, exhibitors design their display using the conference theme, for 2009 the theme is “CELEBRATE 60: REFLECTIONS & PROJECTIONS.” Exhibitors compete to win the “Best of Show Award” which is presented on Thursday to the most creative, enthusiastic, and outstanding exhibitor. The Attraction member representatives that attend the Opening Night Welcome Reception are the judges for this fun competition.
Attend Conference Sessions
The content of the education sessions at the Annual Conference is designed for both Attraction and Associate members (including our exhibitors). As an exhibitor, you are strongly encouraged to participate fully in all conference activities including attending all education sessions. The Wednesday afternoon Associate Members Forum is a session designed exclusively for our Associate members.
Security in the Trade Show
The Trade Show will be a secure area during times that the Trade Show (Ballroom North) is officially closed. A uniformed security guard will be on duty inside the Trade Show during overnight hours.
Shipping & Receiving Information
If you need to ship contents of your display beforehand to the Hotel, all incoming packages must be addressed in the following manner:

Packages may be delivered to the Hyatt Regency Sarasota (1) working day prior to the conference with prior notification and approval from the Catering/Convention Services Department Representative. No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. Exhibitors are responsible for return shipping of all packages – C.O.D. or prepaid only.
There is a charge for the handling of all boxes and packages shipped to and/from the hotel.
